China Biodiesel International Holding Co., LTD. ("China Biodiesel" or "the Company"), incorporated in British Virgin Islands (registration number: 681276), is an international renewable energy corporation focusing on Biodiesel R&D, manufacturing, marketing and investment. With the successful placing and admission to London Stock Exchange (AIM market) in June,2006, China Biodiesel is using the international capital to support the development of biodiesel industry, and enjoy Chinese rapidly-growing biodiesel market actively.

The leading product is Biodiesel, a renewable, non-fossile fuel alternative to mineral diesel. Compared with mineral diesel, biodiesel burns more efficiently and discharges less carbon monoxide than fossile diesel. We expect great profitable market ahead. For the time being, there are two subsidiary companies: Longyan Zhuoyue New Energy Development Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Zhuoyue Biomass Energy Co., Ltd., both of which locate in Fujian Province, South China.

Founded in November 2001, with the registered capital of RMB50 million, Longyan Zhuoyue New Energy Development Co., Ltd. is one of the main production basis of China Biodiesel. The annual production capacity has been expanded from 20,000 tons to 50,000 tons in the second half of 2007, due to the completion of new production line. Since its foundation, the corporation has got many honors, especially in the technical aspect. Furthermore, it has got much support from the government, which makes the company grow faster.

Founded in August 2006, with the registered capital of $5.88 million, Xiamen Zhuoyue Biomass Energy Co., Ltd. is located in Xiamen, one of the four China Special Economic Zones. It is the other main production base of China Biodiesel and also the important repertory for export. The first production line with the annual production capacity of 50,000 tons is expected to put into use by the fourth quarter of 2007. As the second major strategical step of China Biodiesel, this Xiamen plant will support the parent company not only from the production but also from the technical consulatation and service.

The company has a technical center, which has great capability of scientific R&D. The center focuses on the R&D of transfering used animal and plant oils to biodiesel. Moreover the company succeeded in developing some unique techniques of production and holds some patents nowadays. In August 2002, the producing process passed the authentication from the Committee of the Provincial Technique Bureau, which gave very high comment. To ensure continuous development, China Biodiesel always insists on technical innovation and technical progress. In 2006, the company got several patents in the field of biodiesel.

Biodiesel is produced from a variety of oils, including used cooking oil or any animal or vegetable oils in origin. For this reason, China Biodiesel is laid at a very important place by the government. The company has got much support from the government, including some governmental subsidizes and several favourable tax policies. It grows at a very quick speed with much profitable potential.

Operations and Technology

Our leading product is Biodiesel, while the sideline-products are oleic acid methyl ester,C16C18 fatty acid methyl ester, coconut oil methyl ester. The main market is located in mainland China, but abroad channels are maturing, including Europe, East Asia, and North America.

1. Biodiesel(Fatty Acid Methyl Ester ,FAME) is a kind of fuel for the gas engine which is produced from vegetable oils or animal fats. As a kind of recycling and green-clean fuel. Biodiesel can be widely used in automobiles, gas engines, and power plants. Our biodiesel can be burned for energy and also be used as an additive with 0# fossil-diesel with any proportion.

Compared to other diesel oils, the biodiesel that we provide has the advantages as follows:

Nonbenzenoid and Nonaromatic-ring, Non-toxic, Biodegradation traits;
Recycling,alleviating the dependence on the fossil-diesel oils;
Burning more efficiently in the gas engine. Emission of particulates, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides has been obviously reduced.
Higher cetane number, improving the ignition and lubricate ability, which brings higher engine efficiency and the endurance.
Flash point of biodiesel is much higher than the fossil-diesel's, which has the very good preservation and transportation security.

2. Oleic Acid Methyl Ester, as a kind of greasy raw material widespread, can be mainly used on surface-activated solvents, detergent, hair dye, lubricants, leather-softener, stuffing medicinal preparation as well as medicine raw material.
Packing: 200 liter/plastic or iron cask, about 180 kilograms, transportation in the non-toxic, non-dangerous ways.

3. C16C18 fatty acid methyl ester, as a kind of organic chemical raw material, can be widely used to synthesize many fine chemical products, such as fat mellow, alkyd resin, alkyl alcohol amide, myristic acid different propyl ester, α-sulfonation fatty acid methyl ester , sucrose fat diethylene glycol dinitrate,etc. It also can be used as the pigment dispersing solvent of plastic color-parent material, leather stuffing medicinal preparation.
Packing: 200 liter/plastic or iron cask, about 180 kilograms, transportation in the non-toxic, non-dangerous ways.

4. Coconut oil methyl ester, as a kind of important organic chemical raw material, can be widely used in the manufacturing of fat mellow, alkyl alcohol amide, slap-up soap.

Geographical Spread

The period II project in Longyan, with another production capacity of 30,000 tons per year, has been accomplished and has started production in August 2007. The factory in Xiamen with 50,000 tpy production capacity will also be expected to produce biodiesel in the fourth quarter of 2007
