First Profits For GTE As The City Begins To Sit Up And Take Notice

As many companies struggle to make ends meet in the midst of the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression, some sectors are coming into their own. At a time when fuel efficiency and clean combustion are valued at a premium, companies with the technology to give industry more ‘bang for its buck’ when it comes to power generation are in high demand.

Enter Gas Turbine Efficiency (GTE), a company that started providing turbine washing and maintenance services to the aeronautical sector - primarily the Scandinavian military in the early days - that has since expanded to servicing stationary turbines in the industrial sector, and has most recently extended its services into the fuel and combustion industry. That last was a move that seemed a natural progression after the group’s initial success.
