Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: CDTI) is a cleantech company that develops, designs, markets and licenses sustainable solutions to reduce emissions, increase energy efficiency and lower the carbon intensity of on- and off-road engine applications.

We develop intellectual property from original concept to full-scale commercial deployment. In addition to reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, a key greenhouse gas associated with global warming, our innovative solutions significantly reduce four principal harmful emissions formed by the combustion of fossil fuels and biofuels without increasing secondary emissions such as NO2:

• Particulate matter (PM)
• Nitrogen oxides (NOx)
• Hydrocarbons (HC)
• Carbon monoxide (CO)

Clean Diesel’s principal objective is the worldwide deployment of technologies to reduce the overall emissions from diesel applications and to continue its leadership position in emissions reduction technology.  The company has successfully established licensing relationships with some of the world’s largest providers of emissions systems to the diesel industry, including Bosch and Tenneco.  We continue to develop relationships in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific for the licensing and distribution of our solutions through partnership with synergistic suppliers in these markets.

• Patented combination of SCR and Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) to maximize NOx reduction and optimize fuel efficiency
• Hydrocarbon and other reagent injection for emissions control applications
• Fuel-Borne Catalyst (FBC) formulations for fuel economy and aftertreatment device synergy
• Wire Mesh Filter (WMF) particulate filter technologies

Clean Diesel develops and manages intellectual property from original concept to full-scale commercial deployment. Its offerings include ARIS® Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR); the patented combination of SCR and Exhaust Gas Recirculation; hydrocarbon injection for emissions control applications; Platinum Plus® Fuel-Borne Catalyst; the Purifier™ family of particulate filter systems; and its Wire Mesh Filter particulate filter technologies. The Company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut. A wholly owned subsidiary, Clean Diesel International, LLC, is based in London, England. The company is incorporated in the United States of America.
